At Claremics, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, one at a time. This means that slight variations in colour, texture, shape, or size are completely natural and reflect the handmade process. These subtle differences are what make each piece unique and are not considered defects. Such variations are not considered faults and cannot be treated as grounds for return, refund, or exchange.

In the Rare Case of Transit Damage

We take great care in packing all our products securely so they reach you safely. However, if your order happens to arrive damaged during transit, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@claremics.store.

About the Unboxing Video

We request an unboxing video purely to understand what may have gone wrong during transit.

• Please record a continuous video, starting from opening the sealed package.

• The video should be unaltered and genuine.

• This helps us ensure a fair and smooth resolution for everyone.

Returns & Replacements

Because ceramics are fragile by nature, we are unable to accept returns.

If damage is confirmed after review, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement where possible, this helps us reduce unnecessary transit risks and environmental impact.

When Refunds or Replacements May Not Apply
